1. Confirmation and dates
A website view or WhatsApp reply does not reserve jewellery. The exact set, pieces included, rental period, pickup and return timing are agreed in store. An item/date is treated as confirmed only after the agreed security deposit is paid.
2. Security deposit
A security deposit is required. The amount is decided case by case and should be recorded with the rental-specific terms. Ask how the deposit return and any applicable deductions will work before payment.
3. Identification
One valid government-issued photo ID is inspected in store and returned immediately. The public website does not collect ID documents. Do not send an ID image through WhatsApp.
4. Pickup, delivery and payment
Store pickup is standard. Optional delivery or collection must be mutually agreed for the specific request. Any agreed delivery payment is made directly to the delivery person. Store payment is made by UPI or cash.
5. Return, condition and timing
Follow the return time and handover method recorded for the rental. Damage, loss, late return, cancellation and any deductions must be explained in the rental-specific written terms. This website does not invent a universal charge or outcome.
6. Ask before paying
If any condition is unclear, ask the store to explain it before you pay the deposit or take the jewellery. Keep the final written rental record until the return and deposit process is complete.
