Fulfilment guidance
Pickup, delivery and collection
Store pickup is the standard rental journey. Delivery or collection is not an automatic website service and must be mutually agreed for the specific address, date and timing.
When delivery is agreed, the customer pays the delivery person directly.
Optional delivery
Share the exact address and timing on WhatsApp. Delivery is available only if the store and delivery person mutually confirm it for that request.
Payment to the delivery person
Any agreed delivery or collection payment is made directly by the customer to the delivery person. It is separate from website activity.
Return or collection
Follow the timing and handover method written for the rental. Do not assume that a delivery arrangement also includes return collection unless it is specifically agreed.
Before the handover
Confirm four details in writing.
- Exact pickup or delivery address
- Date and time window
- Who will hand over and receive the set
- Whether return collection is included
