Privacy policy
The public catalogue does not use enquiry forms, customer accounts, online payment or ID uploads. Most browsing happens without sending personal information to Rent N Wear.
Effective 20 August 2026. Review after analytics or other data tools are configured.
1. Catalogue browsing
Viewing catalogue and information pages does not submit a public form to Rent N Wear. No online booking, checkout or customer account is provided.
2. Browser shortlist
Saved product SKUs are stored in local storage on your device under the key rnw-shortlist-v1. Rent N Wear does not receive this list until you choose to share product details through WhatsApp. You can clear it from the shortlist page or your browser settings.
3. WhatsApp, phone and maps
When you open WhatsApp, call or use map directions, the relevant external service processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Do not send identity documents through WhatsApp.
4. Identity inspection
One valid government-issued photo ID is inspected in the store and returned immediately. The public website has no facility to upload Aadhaar, PAN, driving-licence or other identity documents.
5. Hosting logs and optional analytics
The hosting provider may keep ordinary security and access logs such as an IP address, request path, browser information and timestamp. Optional analytics and advertising IDs are not configured in this package. If they are added later, consent and this policy must be updated before activation.
