These answers reflect the current store-first journey. Product availability and rental-specific conditions are confirmed for the individual rental.
No online booking, public payment form or ID upload is used.
01Can I book or pay for jewellery on this website?
No. The website is for browsing, shortlisting and enquiries. Final selection, payment and the written rental agreement happen at the Indirapuram store.
02Does a WhatsApp reply reserve an item?
No. WhatsApp helps you ask about current availability and plan a visit. An item and date are treated as confirmed only after the agreed security deposit is paid.
03Where is the Rent N Wear store?
The store is at Plot 739, LG-3, Niti Khand I, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014.
04What are the store hours?
Rent N Wear is open Wednesday to Monday from 12 PM to 8 PM and is closed on Tuesdays.
05Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A security deposit is required, and the amount is agreed case by case before the rental is confirmed.
06What identification is required?
One valid government-issued photo ID is inspected in store and returned immediately. Do not upload or send an identity document through the website or WhatsApp.
07How do I know exactly what a jewellery set includes?
Each product page describes what the live catalogue currently shows. The exact pieces, finish, fit and condition are confirmed during the store visit before payment.
08How are rental dates and duration confirmed?
Discuss your event date with the store. The rental period, pickup and return timing are agreed in store and recorded with the final terms.
09Is delivery available?
Store pickup is the standard journey. If delivery or collection is mutually agreed for a specific address and time, the customer pays the delivery person directly.
10How can I pay?
Public website payment is not used. Store payment is made by UPI or cash. Any mutually agreed delivery payment is made directly to the delivery person.
11What happens with cancellation, damage or late return?
These conditions are agreed for the specific rental in store. Ask the team to explain the written terms before you pay the deposit or take the jewellery.
12Where is my shortlist saved?
The shortlist is stored only in this browser using local storage. It is not sent to Rent N Wear until you choose to share product names and SKUs through WhatsApp.
