3. How do I place a rental order?

Browse our collection, select the items you want, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your rental order.

4. What documents are required for renting?

We require original identification documents such as Aadhar Card, Pan Card, or Driving License as part of our security measures.

5. How is the rental period calculated?

The rental period is calculated on a per-day basis, starting from the day you receive the items until the day you return them.

6. Can I extend the rental period?

Extension options may be available. Please contact us in advance to discuss and arrange for an extension.

7. How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit varies based on the selected product. It is refundable upon the safe return of the rented item.

8. How is the security deposit refunded?

After a thorough inspection of the returned product, the security deposit is refunded through the original payment method, minus any applicable charges.

9. What happens if I return the item late?

Late fees are applicable for each day the product is not returned after the agreed-upon rental period.

10. How are late fees calculated?

Late fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis, ensuring fairness in charges.

11. What if the rented item gets damaged during my use?

In case of damage, the cost of repair will be deducted from the security deposit.

12. Can I cancel my rental order?

Cancellation policies apply. Cancellations made within a specified period may be eligible for a partial refund.

13. What happens if I cancel after the specified period?

No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the specified period.

14. Do you ship outside Ghaziabad?

Currently, our services are limited to the Ghaziabad, Noida and nearby area. We do not offer shipping outside this region.

15. Can I visit the Rent N Wear store in person?

Yes, our store is located at SF2, Second Floor, Plot 800, Niti Khand 1, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Feel free to visit during our operating hours.

Yes, we ensure that all rented items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before being provided to customers.
